Since 9.03. we are allowed to open again with our STORCK Stores with the valid hygiene rules and with a limited number of customers
If the incidence is between 50 and 100, an appointment is necessary! For organizational purposes, it is therefore desirable if you call the store of your choice and make an appointment. Our regular opening hours apply.
We have taken comprehensive hygiene and safety precautions for your visit. Also, please continue to follow the hygiene rules: Keep your distance, observe hygiene, wear a mask in everyday life.
Furthermore, we are also contactless and consultation can currently be done virtually or by phone. For a consultation, please write us your request together with your telephone number by e-mail to email@example.com.
We will then get back to you by phone or email. In addition, a consultation via Skype and Facetime is also possible! Please note that due to the increased number of requests, there may be a delay in getting back to you.

Dear STORCK fans, - April 2020 / still valid
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic and a very high order volume, delivery times are currently unusually long.
Outstanding orders take longer than planned
Triggered by the worldwide COVID 19 pandemic, there have been and still are delivery failures and delays by producers and suppliers. Our suppliers from China and Japan are experiencing considerable delays, as waiting times of up to 2 weeks at the airports for air freight. Our suppliers from Italy are also experiencing considerable delays due to the serious restrictions. Unfortunately, this results in exceptionally long waiting times for orders. In addition, there is an extreme increase in inquiries and orders. Our order volume is three to four times higher than expected. Some of our current models "go like hot cakes", but of course they can still be pre-ordered with a slightly longer waiting time. We can guarantee that every order is processed with the highest quality standards, even if it currently takes longer than you would like.
Reachability Customer Service
We are currently experiencing an unprecedentedly high volume of enquiries from our customer service. Despite the expansion of our team, we cannot answer every inquiry on the same day. Of course, we can also be reached by telephone as usual (+49 6126-9536-222). The best way to contact us, however, is our contact form. Here we have the best traceability and can process the inquiries most effectively. Even if it may take a little longer than you would like it to, it is the best and easiest way to reach us at the moment.
