FAQ-Warranty

All about our warranty
  • We offer you a two-year legal warranty on all Storck bikes, frames and forks. On roadbike frames and forks of the Platinum series we grant a warranty of 7 years.
  • Damage to the paintwork or anodising, colour changes due to UV radiation or the effects of chemicals, for example, are excluded. Damage to the bearings, in the case of full-suspension frames. Damage to derailleur hangers. Other bearings that are not part of the frame construction, such as headsets and bottom brackets. These are also excluded.

  • Alternatively, we offer a "Crash Replacement", which means that you will receive an equivalent Storck aluminium or carbon frame at a price of 70% of the recommended new price. You can find more information here:
