FAQ-Information for UK customers

Thank you for choosing Storck! We are delighted to offer our high-quality bicycles to customers in the UK. To help you understand the import process when ordering from our German online store, please review the following details:

1. Prices Displayed in Euros (Gross Price):
All prices displayed in our online store are in Euros (€) and include German VAT (19%). However, when UK customers proceed to checkout, the German VAT will be removed, and you will see the adjusted net price when checking out, which reflects the amount you will pay.

2. Shipping and Freight Costs via UPS:
Shipping costs, handled by UPS, will be calculated at checkout and added to your total in Euros. These fees cover international shipping from Germany to the UK, ensuring that your order arrives safely.

3. Import Duties and Customs Fees:
Upon arrival in the UK, your order will be subject to import duties and customs fees, which are set by UK customs authorities based on the value and type of goods. 4. UK VAT:
After clearing customs, UK VAT will be applied. This tax is calculated on the combined value of the net purchase price, shipping costs, and any import duties. More details are available on the UK Government VAT page. The current UK VAT rate is 20%.

5. UPS Payment Process for Import Charges:
UPS will contact you when your order is ready for import. They will guide you through the process of paying any required duties and VAT before your order can be delivered.
