How do I find out whether my desired bike is available for tesiting in my local store?

Please contact us directly to find out in advance. The best way is to call one of our stores or send an email to the stores.

How does a test drive work with you? Do I need an appointment or can I drop by spontaneously?

We recommend that you call the store of your choice directly and make an appointment with our staff. Of course, you can also ask us spontaneously on site, but depending on the number of customers, we cannot guarantee you a test drive.

Can I order my bike directly in the store?

Our store staff will be glad to help and advise you and will also be happy to answer questions about special requests. Once you have found the bike you want, you can pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price in the store.

Can I buy a bike directly from the store and take it with me?

Due to the current situation in the bicycle industry, it is currently not possible to buy a bike without waiting. However, some of the bikes on display are Factory Outlet bikes and you can take them home directly. Ask the store staff on site.

What is the procedure for collecting a bike from your store?

We will inform you when your bike is ready. You can then pick up your bike during our opening hours. In the store you will receive your bike completely assembled, but also in a box if you wish. We will be happy to adjust the bike (saddle height/position) to suit you. We will also be pleased to help you stow your bike in the car.

Can I also test all bikes at a Storck Studio?

Our Storck Studios Filderstadt, Reutlingen, Kassel and Jork are operated by dealers. They currently only have a limited range on site. In Filderstadt, Reutlingen and Kassel you will only find e-bikes.

I can't reach anyone by phone?

We are currently experiencing a high volume of enquiries with our customer service. Despite an increase in our team, we are unable to answer every enquiry on the same day.

The best way to contact us is via our contact form. Here we have the best traceability and can process the enquiries most effectively. When contacting us, please tell us your name, your request and your telephone number so that we can call you back if necessary. An order number or similar is also always helpful.

Even if it takes a little longer than you would like, it is the best and easiest way to contact us at the moment.
