Why do I need a customer account?

The customer account allows you to shop comfortably and to view all current and previous orders.

How do I set up my customer account?

To create a new customer account, you need to fill in all the necessary fields at https://www.storck-bikes.com/de/create_account and tick the required boxes. This way you can easily and quickly create a customer account and start shopping right away.

How do I log in and out?

In the top bar of our site, next to the language setting, you will find the option "Log in". When you are logged in, this option changes to "Log out".

Can I change my user data?

After logging in, click on "My account" in the top navigation bar. Under the item "View and edit my account information" you can change all details.
If you have different addresses, you also have the option of changing all the details under "View and edit entries in my address book".

How can I have my customer account deleted?

In accordance with DSGVO (rights of the data subject, point 5), you have the right to delete your account and all personal data. If you have this wish, please send us an email to shop@storck-bikes.com.

How can I pay with you?

You can pay conveniently by PayPal, VISA or Mastercard or by bank transfer/advance payment. If you are collecting the goods yourself, you can pay either in cash or by credit card. When using a credit card, please note your approved card limit.

How long do I have to make changes or cancel my order?
  • Please contact us with any changes as soon as possible after you have placed your order. In principle, you can make changes as long as no invoice has been issued or until the start of installation.
  • If special parts have been ordered for you for your order, changes to these components are no longer possible.
  • If additional costs are incurred due to your changes, these can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. If the price is adjusted downwards, you will receive a refund. At the latest when your bike is ready for shipment, you will receive your invoice and no more changes are possible.
How do I get a voucher?

We also regularly offer voucher promotions. We inform you about these on our website, via social media and/or the newsletter. You will also receive a voucher code when you register for our newsletter. https://www.storck-bikes.com/de/newsletter

How do I redeem a voucher code?

In "Step 2: Payment information" you can enter your voucher code under "Invoice amount" and "Voucher number". After confirming "Return", the value of the voucher is automatically offset against the price.
