German premium bike manufacturer STORCK Bicycle is strengthening its service and sales presence across Germany through a cooperation with BIKE & OUTDOOR COMPANY (B.O.C.). STORCK has developed exclusive special models for B.O.C., which form their own product line with the "Race" series. Mountain bikes, road bikes and gravel bikes will gradually become available. In a next step, various e-bike models from STORCK will complete the product range. With the entry-level models of the high-quality design icons made of carbon, STORCK is positioning itself even more broadly and presenting a product substance that is available worldwide exclusively in the stores and online store of B.O.C..

The background to the collaboration is the joint premium approach: "STORCK's numerous test victories and design awards testify to the quality standards we set for our bikes. In B.O.C., we have found a partner who has the same claim to its services," says Markus Storck, founder and managing director of STORCK. Last year, B.O.C. was awarded the Service Prize of the German Institute for Service Quality for excellent consulting services. Even before that, B.O.C. had already received several awards for the best customer service in the competition.

Dr. Todor Lohwasser, Managing Director of STORCK, is also looking forward to the further expansion step: "In our own flagship stores, we already focus on an exclusive shopping experience and the highest quality of advice. With B.O.C. we have an excellent partner at our side who understands how to convey the DNA of our brand to new customer groups who have not (yet) had their sights set on our bikes.
