With the completion of two successful crowdinvesting projects in 2017 and 2018, the premium bicycle manufacturer STORCK Bicycle is again launching a crowdinvesting campaign. Starting on 05.07.2022, the investment phase runs for one month up to and including 03.08.2022.

For two previous campaigns, STORCK brought on board the financial expert Finnest, which joined forces with the largest financing platforms Invesdor and Kapilendo to form the Invesdor Group in 2021. Due to the successful projects in the past and the growth of STORCK, the crowdfunding platform is also managing the campaign this time.

Interested investors can participate in the company at an attractive interest rate in kind or in cash. Especially bicycle enthusiasts are addressed, but also investors from outside the industry who would like to participate in the steady growth of STORCK and the bicycle industry.

In particular, the interest in kind is aimed at cyclists and fans of the brand, as the interest model offers vouchers that provide a bonus to the classic payout. The voucher value is equal to the amount of interest plus a 50% markup of this value. The vouchers are redeemable on the entire STORCK range, allowing investors to purchase high-quality high-end bicycles at a much lower price. Alternatively, a classic, monetary payout is made via the money interest model. The exciting thing about crowdinvesting is that investors can invest amounts as low as € 250 and receive a return of 6.5% per year. The term of the loan is five years, with repayments every six months, the first after the end of the first year.

The investment limit is capped at €1,500,000 and is made possible on a "first come, first served" basis, meaning interested investors should decide quickly before the investment target is reached.
