Workshop service
Do you love your STORCK? We love it too! That's why we offer you and your bike a service with a feel-good factor in all our stores in Düsseldorf, Idstein, Munich, Wertheim and Hamburg!
For organisational reasons, we would like to ask you to make an appointment in advance with our staff in the store of your choice by email or telephone. The service usually takes no longer than 4 working days.
We have most spare parts on site, but due to the current bottlenecks in the bicycle industry, we may experience a longer waiting time if a repeat order is necessary. So please let us know in advance what you need or what repairs are required, we will also be happy to help you find new parts.
- Bike wash: 25 euros
- Services such as inspections, repairs and minor assembly work on your STORCK: billed on a time and material basis.
