Delivery and shipping costs
In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery shall commence on the day following the issue of the payment order to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day following the conclusion of the contract and shall end on expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, such day shall be replaced by the next working day.
Per order basic shipping costs of 6.90 € (incl. 19% VAT) are calculated
For bicycle frames and wheelsets we charge 9.90 € (incl. 19% VAT) per bicycle frame respective wheelset.
For bicycles we charge 49.90 € (incl. 19% VAT) per bicycle.
We charge shipping costs of € 19.90 (incl. 19% VAT) per order.
For bicycle frames and wheelsets we charge 24.90 € (incl. 19% VAT) per bicycle frame respective wheelset.
For bicycles we charge 59.90 € (incl. 19% VAT) per bicycle.

For bicycle frames and wheelsets we charge 89,90 € (excl. VAT) per bicycle frame respective wheelset.
For bicycles we charge 199,90 € (excl. VAT) per bicycle.
We do not ship our e-bikes to the USA. If you would like to order an e-bike to the USA, please contact our partner ATA Cycle.
You can conveniently order online and then pick it up in our stores. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pick up. Click & Collect is available at the following Storck stores:

Shipping & Packing
Would you like to have your new STORCK bike delivered and find out how it arrives? We'll tell you in our video Unboxing Storck.
All our parcels are insured in transit. In very rare exceptional cases it unfortunately happens that an order does not arrive at the customer in proper condition. Therefore, when you receive your order, be sure to check that the package is intact:
Is it damaged or deformed?
Is it open or has it been opened (recognisable by the integrity of the Storck adhesive tape)?
Is it wet or does it show traces of liquid?
In each of these cases, please check the contents of the package in the presence of the supplier. If in doubt, record any damage to the package and have the supplier sign off on it before signing for acceptance.
Refuse to accept the package if any of the above cases apply and the goods are damaged or parts of your order are missing according to the delivery note. Or if you are refused inspection.
Once the package has been accepted, no liability claim can be made against our suppliers. Refunds cannot be guaranteed as a result.

The prices for bikes and accessories that you see on our website include the statutory VAT of 19% applicable in Germany. Shipping costs are not included.
Due to a legal change regarding deliveries within the EU, we are obliged to charge the VAT applicable in the respective country of delivery since 01.07.2021. Here you can find an overview of all EU VAT rates
After registration or login, the prices are displayed including the VAT applicable to your country. Shipping costs are not included.
Prices in non-EU countries do not include the statutory value-added tax. After registration or login, the prices are displayed without VAT.
Customs duties and similar charges are the responsibility of the customer. For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs and import duties may be incurred in the country of destination (country of delivery). These costs are to be borne by the recipient of the goods. Storck Bicycle GmbH has no influence on these fees.
